Anxiety meds and secret clearance?

I've been offered a civilian contractor job (carpenter) overseas (secret clearance) and from what I see on some post is that i will have to fill out a sf86. There is a mental history question on there that I will have to tell them I have driving anxiety (not crazy, just cant drive in the fast two lanes) and take medication for it currently. Should I not say anything and just hope for the best? Can you have a current condition and taking meds and still get a secret clearance?
