Winged carpenter ant in my car, likely to be more?

No. There shouldn't be more ants (unless you don't kill the one you saw). Ants tell each other where food is and such by releasing pheromones to make tracks. If there is more than like, 5 at one time, then that would start to be a problem, but it could have just been an accident that it flew into your car.
