What is the cheapest at&t phone I can get without 2 year contract?

Phone was just stolen, so I do not have the sim card. So I can't just swap the sim card with another phone. What is the cheapest phone I can get? I'm not going to sign an additional 2 years and looking for something under at least $100. Thanks
