He says he vacumes them daily and that pest control came out and that it didnt kill them because they are back and they neighbor also says he thinks theres a bad infestation. well my mom lives upstairs and we've never had a problem with bugs and now all of a sudden tonite we saw one in her bathroom crawling up the wall but her window was open for a lil bit but the maintenance man said their in between the downstairs ceiling and are floorboards. The guy thinks their termites but i want to know is there a chance my mom might have to move out of her apartment because of this infestation?

Alright i got into a accident few days ago in my Honda civic ex that has a d16z6 VTEC engine got totaled like body wise that requires money to fix the chassis our of place the frame etc. Luckily the engine is still working and i put a new transmission in there 2 months ago with 1yr warranty. I bought a honda civic 1996 DX with a d16y7 engine. Now the car is okay but the d16y7 is like really slow and the transmission is bad . i want to swap my d16z6 into the 1996 dx but i don't have a clue as to what i can keep etc pumps/radiators . Does it bother you that all people who take narcotic pain meds seem to be vilified?

I use narcotic pain meds to treat the pain from herniated discs in my neck from an auto accident (not my fault) 5 yrs ago. I have numbness in my arm and have a horrible time sleeping unless I take a muscle relaxer, because of the extreme stiffness I get in the muscles between my shoulder blades. The stiffness causes horrible headaches that can be incapacitating. I don't like to take them and although prescribed more, only try to take them when I can't function with the level of pain anymore. The problem is that with the authorities jumping on the anti-pain med bandwagon, finding a "real" doctor who will prescribe them is very difficult. If a tylenol or advil helped I certainly wouldn't waste the money going to a doctor, or put myself through the pain of getting numbing injections directly into the back of my neck. I last went to a board certified anesthesiologist last year when I had medical coverage. I signed an agreement not to go and doctor shop for more pain meds, and I have followed this. People look at you and think you are a druggie if they find out you take narcotics. A lot of doctors won't prescribe at all due to liability. I personally think it is BS. My pain is real, but because of some bad apples, I have to jump through hoops to get the meds. Same thing with cold medicine from the pharmacist. I'm out of luck if I want to use bath salts in my bath water. There are those people out there that will find a negative use for just about anything out there. There was a professor who changed a reciprocating saw into a sex toy. Maybe now we need to ban those tools, or require ID's every time a carpenter needs to buy it. Maybe we should license it. An urn of ashes was stolen in a robbery because the idiots thought it was coke. Maybe cremation should be banned too. I think that pain is not understood by those that don't live with it every day. I think attention needs to be brought to this. People who require narcotics to feel normal because of a medical condition are being discriminated against. Sooner or later, no doctor will prescribe the meds. What do you think? Are you tired of the gov't pushing real doctors to not write the Rx's because of the local junkie?? There will always be an unscrupulous doctor out there that will write a script for 5000 pills a month. Go after those doctors and the pill mills. To me it is like the gov't not going after the doctor that commit Medicare fraud, but going after all doctors. I think that needs to stop.

My boyfriend makes just over $28/hr and our rent is $1300 and we do just fine with our daughter and our second one on the way (our monthly bills are about $2700/month we live in Alberta) I get the Canadian child tax credit and universal tax credit, which is about $200 month (CCTB is based on taxes and the universal is always $100 for a child under 7) you will get papers to apply for this once the baby is born. We don't have every luxury by any means, but we are never worried about food, shelter, vehicle, etc and we have extra money after paying the bills, just try to make a budget, because little things add up (that you don't intend on buying) Good luck!

Audio problems with my XBOX 360 Slim via HDMI cables?

I recently purchased a new HDtv and have since hooked up my 360 and ps3 to it via HDMI cables. Every time I play a game where the audio gets hectic (firefights in a shooting game) and lots of sounds are going all over the place, the audio will cut for 1-2 seconds. I figured it was the HDMI cable, so i swapped it with the one i was using on my PS3. The problem persisted. Sometimes its the most simplest things that throw us after puttingtogether a computer of our own. It seems like you've covered the basics already though. Make sure that everything is seated properly and fully. Next check out the video. Have you tried hooking up your monitor to the onboard video? If you get video from that you may want to move on to checking the videocard next. As i said before, make sure it is seated properly and that power is supplied to it from the PSU. If that comes back bad after the video checks good on the onboard video for the motherboard, your videocard is bad. If the onboard didn't give you a video then yor motherboard is bad.

ive had this dodge shadow about a year and a half. my throwout bearing was going but i wasnt gonna tear the motor out to just change it unless i was putting a new motor in it. So i bought a motor from a junkyard it came out of a 1995 chrysler lebaron with only 60,000 miles on it. i bought new clutches, new water pump, new plugs and wires, and distributor. and tore the old one out and put the new one in...which went pretty damn well and i was happy with the job. it fired up first try but i have a miss. not a constant miss but a hesitation. it seems to clear up over 3000rpms. but not always its weird. does anyone have any suggestions or anything on what could be wrong. i really need this car to run. i like it alot. its been a damn good car and i wanna get atleast another year or 2 out of it. so PLEASE anyone. thank you for reading

So I have this 40 gb PS3. And of course it has ran out of space. So I decide to go ahead and buy a new Hard drive so I hope on line and get me a WD5000BEVT. A pretty little 500 gb. I make sure that I have the latest update and back everything up to my external. Do the swap. After putting it all back together I plug in the external and it will not work. So I put the latest update 3.66 on to a thumb drive and tray again. Still dose not work. So then I read that a PS3 hard drive must be FAT32. Why did my housemate do this like a spoilt brat?

Carpenter ants in my back yard?

I have a Trex deck along with a wood fence in my back yard. The Trex deck is close enough to the ground that there is no way to get underneath it. The last few weeks I have been seeing black ants (larger than sugar ants) crawling along the fence and sometimes on the deck. I am assuming they are carpenter ants? I cant see any type of ant hill or nest that they are going to. (There is a large, open field on the other side of the fence. ) I am worried they are eating the fence or the decking supports, and that they will make their way to my house. Since I cant see where they are coming from or going to, I have no idea what I can do to get rid of them. Any suggestions would be helpful. It is this vampire book I read probably back in 1996 or 97. I have a 1987 Nissan pickup with a 2.4 liter z24i engine. I am putting on a new cylinder head because the old one was warped. Prior to dissasembly I marked the timing chain and the cam sprocket so that I could preserve my correct timing, and immobalized the chain by jamming a wooden wedge so that the chain was locked against the tensioners. ( I had hoped I was only going to be swapping out a head gasket) So the main crank and the timing chain have been immobile this whole time. Obviously the valve positioning has been altered since I have a new head. BUT it occurs to me that since the camshaft has a knockpin that fits into the only whole on the cam sprocket, will not the valvetrain return to it's original position once I align the marks I made on the cam sprocket and the timing chain? If so this would save me a LOT of labor since I would not need to remove the timing belt cover to re-establish the correct timing. Am I correct?

Can't Install Mac os x on my MacBook.?

I'm trying to do a fresh install of snow leopard, but after booting from the DVD and choosing the language a message pops up saying "Mac os x cannot be installed on this computer". Hi, It depends on if you want to run naturally aspirated (NA) or forced induction (FI). If you want to run NA then I would go with the B18C5 for the higher compression. If you want to run FI such as a turbo or supercharger then I would suggest the slightly lower compression B18A1, or your B16A2 would also make a decent starting platform. Budget build = B16A2, Money is no object = B18A1 or B18C5. Hope I helped.

well im in the air force and there are several jobs that involve carpentry. There are not really any risks. You just have to pass basic an medical. You have to decide if your going officer or enlisted. I can pretty much tell you if you go officer you will not be doing to much like "dirty work". but you will be getting paid more lol. You can google military pay and see what you would be making. It goes by how many years you been in and your pay grade. You also make more if your married and have kids (BAH, OHA, BAS) Just go talk to a recruiter from whatever branch you would like to join and they could tell you alot more than I can. Good luck

Can I swap a 4.0L v6 out of a 92 explorer into a 92 Ford Ranger with a 2.3?

I have a 1992 Ranger with a tired 2.3L engine and a good 5 speed tranny. I also have a wrecked 1992 ford explorer with a fairly fresh rebuild 4.0. ( rebuild has about 30K in it before I rolled it) I was wondering if it is possible to put that 4.0 in the ranger with the 5speed transmission? Will they match up? also the explorer is 4wd and the ranger is 2wd not sure if that makes a difference or not. the only engine swaps I have done has been on a 79 F150. Buying a Fannie Mae home that has been vandalized?

I'm currently looking to possibly purchase a Fannie Mae home that has recently been vandalized. Before the vandalism took place the home was priced at $122900. How much would that decrease the value of the house? The Real Estate agent is having the damage $ figured by a plumber. I asked about a carpenter to replace the wall/ceiling where it had also been damaged during the vandalism. He said it was possible. How much (in %) of a list price should I be offering on a Fannie Mae home like this? I realize that a Fannie Mae home is often "as is where is" but there are certain concessions that can be made. However I also have to replace the old carpeting with new flooring, reface kitchen cabinets and counters, tub & tile too and buy appliances (which it does not have). Ok first off, don't get a ps3. Also, have you tried resetting your laser? Open the tray, pull out the power cord, plug it back in and PUSH in the tray. You should hear it reset it will make a weird humming sound. You actually don't even have to pull the plug if you just open the tray and then push it in with enough force to make it close faster than it does with the button than you should also hear it reset. If the resetting of the laser doesn't work than I'd recommend buying a new pro, they'll run you around 80-100 dollars. Hope this helps.

He is an awesome attacker, but lots of Competitive Players have at least a dragon type most of the time. I would suggest a Dragonite or Garchomp. Both of these are awesome attackers except Dragonite is more "tank like".
