I own a 2004 Mach 1 but I have a problem with the smog test need help!!!?

Long story short I own a 2004 Mach 1 and I have done minor things to it. I swapped out the midpipe for an off road MRP H-pipe and I was STUPID and told the guy that swapped it out for me to keep my stock mid pipe. Now I have no way of contacting him because I don't know where he is. My car is due for smog next month and I was wondering....could I buy a performance H-pipe with 2 regular cats and still pass smog emissions? I live in California so ya this stupid liberal state is very strict. I don't know where I can find an original stock mid pipe so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
