Hows the construction industry in Vancouver?

Hi folks, I've previously worked in Vancouver, Burnaby, New west for 18 months back in 06/07 and i'm hoping to relocate sometime next year and was wondering how healthy the construction industry(i'm a carpenter) is at the moment since the recession....Cheers!
